• The sun is strong in beautiful Bali. Make sure that you bring sun block (even on overcast days) and a comfortable hat.

• Dress casually, coolly and comfortably, but remember to dress properly when you visit a religious place.
• Choose comfortable footwear for walking. Some places can only be accessed by steps.

Sanur Beach Boardwalk
Sanur Beach is one of Bali’s original beach resort towns and is famous for its relaxed coastal ambience. Located to the east of the island’s peninsula, it is very different place compared to Kuta and Seminyak. The history of Sanur dates back to being a former fishing village due to the calm bays and estuaries for easy boat access.
Today it is going through a resurgence with many visitors from Europe and Australia visiting regularly. There are many interesting shops along the main street, but it is the beach boardwalk that is a fun experience.
Sanur Abandoned Amusement Park
Sanur Abandoned Amusement Park, officially known as Taman Festival, is a huge amusement park that lies abandoned after never being fully completed. It is a fascinating place to visit full of stories and some amazing artwork graffiti scattered around on crumbling old walls and buildings.
Located north of Sanur, the amusement park and its infamous crocodile pit was abandoned around 20 years ago and now lies a decaying ruin, a sad reminder of an abandoned tourism project that has so much promise.
